I’m a girl who believes life is all about balance. One minute I’m ready to get outside and explore, and the next I’m wondering if the couch needs me. I’m definitely food motivated, which means training me should be a breeze—as long as you’re willing to pay my salary in appropriately sized, low-calorie treats. I do need to stick to a healthy diet and watch my portions, because apparently my love language is eating.
