Granny Franny

She arrived as Granny. It's a sweet name, but about ten minutes in, it was clear it didn't match the dog. This lady hops. She hops when the harness comes out, because the harness means going somewhere, and going somewhere is her favorite thing in the world. So Granny became Franny, and Franny it is.

Her paperwork says 11. Our vet took one look and said he'd be surprised. Whatever her real number, she has not read it.

Franny loves to go. She'll lead you to the door, then to the car, then look back to make sure you're coming. But she's just as good at the other half of the day. She loves her time in the backyard, and she loves her time on the couch pressed up against her person. She knows how to play, she knows how to cuddle, she knows how to ask for a belly rub, and she is a deeply enthusiastic eater.
