Hi! I’m Gidget. I’m a smart, friendly, trusting and calm 2 year old (poodle/terrier??) bundle of love who adores my special people. I love to cuddle on the couch and could do that all day.
I started my life in a hoarding situation where I lived outside with lots of other pups. But I’m super duper resilient and have already learned to live inside a house, sleep and eat in a crate, and, I don’t want to brag, but I taught myself how to do stairs on my first try (with just a little encouragement from my foster mom). And I never have accidents in the house! There’s nothing I can’t learn and I’m eager to be the smartest pup around! So far I’ve mastered “sit”, I understand the gentle “uh huh” sound I hear when I need to stop doing something, and I’m getting pretty good at “wait” at the door. I’ve even learned to fetch toys.
