Franklin is one of those dogs that steals your heart.
This sweet, shy boy is only 11 months to a yr old and found himself on the euthanasia list simply because the shelter was too overwhelming for him. He didn’t fail people—people failed him.
Franklin takes a few minutes to warm up, especially around men, but once he trusts you, he’s an absolute sweetheart. He loves his walks, enjoys spending time with his people, and has become a volunteer favorite while in rescue.
Every day, Franklin is gaining confidence, but a home environment would make all the difference. He needs a patient foster or adopter willing to give him the time and love he deserves.
