FLIP FLOP

Flip Flop has the classic chihuahua personality: he may act big and tough, but once he knows he is safe he absolutely melts in your arms. He is a total lover and there is no where he’d rather be than with his person. He is good with other dogs and is just looking for a patient adopter who understands the world can be a scary place for a small fry.
