Edie

Edie is the little queen of our SBACC dog office. One look at her adorable underbite and you are willing to pledge your allegiance! She is a 9 year old Chihuahua whose owner could no longer care for her.

This girl loves her carriage (stroller) rides, sitting up above the other dogs, so regal. She’ll typically ride in the stroller for the first part of the office walk, then once we turn around she tends to get up and walk the rest of the way home. Edie is smart enough to know that we have to go up the big hill on the way out, but on the way back she can just coast down it!

Edie is very affectionate with her people, she gets so excited to see her friends! She will make a great companion. While she loves people, she mostly just tolerates the other dogs in the office, so she would probably prefer to go home alone where she can be the princess she knows that she is!

Her first night with us, she had a seizure. Edie had been on a medical hold as she started...
