DOVEY

Lovey Dovey lives up to her name and is looking for a forever home with a cozy lap to snuggle. She has been living happily in a foster home with a resident senior dog and two adult humans:

“Dovey brings lots of joy and laughter into our home with her sweet nature and goofy personality. She starts each day giving our dog kisses and greets us with beautiful songs, hugs and more kisses. We work full time and shes fine being left alone to roam free in the house. At the end of the day she welcomes us back with more jubilance and at night becomes the dog equivalent of a weighted blanket cuddling on the couch. She does great on car rides and is potty trained via walks and yard breaks. She gets excited for walks and is very strong on leash with a drive towards squirrels. She gets amped about fetch and destroying stuffies so sometimes we need to help her set limits. Though she’s a lively 11, she does enjoy her senior moments too like an afternoon snooze in a dog bed or sun bathing ...
