Dax is an 8 month old male German Shepherd Dog mix who was rescued from the streets of Memphis. Dax is becoming comfortable in his foster home, his foster mom believes this is his first experience living inside and he likes it! He’s a little unsure around new people and new situations (see his video) but warms up quickly. Appears to be good with other dogs, foster mom has observed him in brief meetings with other dogs and he shows no signs of aggression. No history with kids, but would probably be fine with older dog savvy kids. Very active outside, settles down quickly in the house, good house manners. Affectionate with his people and loves to cuddle. Crate trained and housebroken. Not yet good on the leash, but we’re working on it. Rides great in the car. Estimated DOB is 12-1-25.
