Well… hello. My name is Chipotle, but everyone here just calls me Chip, and honestly, I like that better. It feels friendly, simple, and safe—kind of like the life I’m hoping to find next. I’m a young guy, somewhere between one and two years old, and only about 25 pounds, so I’m the perfect size for just about any home. Not too big, not too tiny… just Chip-sized.

I came from Yuma, Arizona, wandering around as a stray with no idea what to do or where to go. I kept hoping someone would recognize me, call my name, or come looking—but nobody ever did. That part was hard. It’s scary being small in a big world, especially when you don’t know what’s going to happen next.

But then the folks at Central Arizona Animal Rescue stepped in. They scooped me up, gave me a soft place to sleep, and told me I was safe now. I didn’t believe them at first. I was pretty scared—the kind of scared where you freeze up...
