Meet Ash & Charcoal — From Backyard Boys to Indoor Adventurers Ash and Charcoal are two handsome gray boys with a story that started outside, but is quickly turning into something much sweeter.

These brothers were born outdoors and spent the first several weeks of their lives in someone’s backyard. Thankfully, a kind person made sure they were fed and watched over them until they were old enough to safely be separated from their mom. At around 7 weeks old, they were trapped and brought into our rescue.

For kittens who spent their earliest days outside, these two have adjusted amazingly well.

Ash and Charcoal are now living in a foster home and discovering all the wonderful things that indoor life has to offer — soft beds, toys, tunnels, people, and plenty of playtime.
