Carmilla

Carmella is a beautiful, sensitive Border Collie searching for an experienced and compassionate person who will give her the time, structure and understanding she needs to shine.
This brilliant girl has high energy, strong working-dog instincts and a genuine need for mental stimulation. She has even completed an official herding training program! Carmella would thrive with someone who wants an active, purpose-filled life with an incredibly intelligent companion. Bonus points if you’re interested in helping her continue to develop her herding skills.
Carmella can be fearful when meeting new people and needs slow, gentle introductions. She may not greet you with kisses on day one, but with patience and consistency, you can earn the trust and love of a deeply loyal dog.
