Boomer

Meet Boomer Boomer is a gorgeous 6-year-old purebred Weimaraner with a gentle soul and a heart full of love. This handsome boy found himself in need of rescue after his beloved owner passed away. Thankfully, a kind friend stepped up and gave Boomer a temporary place to land while we worked to find him a foster home. Now, Boomer is ready for the next chapter of his life—and hopefully, a forever family of his own.

Boomer is fully vetted, potty trained, and wonderful with other animals and children. He walks nicely on a leash and has the sweet, easygoing personality that makes him such a joy to have around.

Like many boys who enjoy the good life, Boomer has put on a few extra pounds! He is currently participating in our Allies exercise and weight-loss program, and he’s making his way toward a healthier, happier weight. We think a little extra exercise, some healthy habits, and plenty of love will have this handsome guy feeling his best in no time.
