Bonnie

Bonnie came to our rescue in 2021 from a local shelter partner. She was found as a stray full with milk and must have given birth recently. Animal control searched for her puppies but could not find them. Bonnie was totally shot down at the shelter hovering in the corner. When we came to meet her it took us a while to get her to come to us. With patience we were able to open the gate and get her out. She immediately jumped into the lap of one of our volunteers. Well, we could not leave her behind.

Fast forward, after a few months of decompressing and getting used to living in a house she became, although still shy, a sweet girl with lots of love to share.

Although she is curious with animals through her crate, Bonnie does not like to share her space with other animals outside of her crate and must be the only animal in the house.
