Currently Living at: SHELTER. Bianca needs a foster or forever family in the DC area!
Special adoption considerations: Bianca is from Puerto Rico. Dogs from Puerto Rico have a major transition to go through when they arrive and will need humans who are very committed to socialization. We think this pup would do best with either a resident dog or a family who can make sure they can go on walks regularly with other dogs, visit the dog park, or go to doggie daycare to learn the ropes.<...
