About Bailey
Bailey and her sister, Cora, came to the shelter very afraid. They hadn’t had any stability in their short lives, and needed some time to settle in to yet another new environment. These girls have really blossomed and thrived while having structure here at the shelter. They have learned how to walk on leash and that people aren’t so scary – a lot of them have treats!
Miss Bailey is a Terrier/Corgi mix around 10 months old. You can definitely see those Corgi herding instincts as she plays with her group of doggy friends here at the shelter. She LOVES her walks, and is getting much better at being leashed up for them, as that was very scary for her in the beginning.
Now, she has become more comfortable with meeting new volunteers here at the shelter, but still may take some time to warm up when meeting potential adopters. Bailey would love to have another doggy sibling in the home, and would do best with older children (16 and up).
