When I was about four months old, I wandered up to Foster Meowmy’s community cats' feeding station as an orphaned kitten with no momma or siblings in sight. Assuming that I’d refuse to socialize with hoomans, she trapped me and brought me to the safe haven of her home to recuperate from neuter surgery. Surprising, she found that I was friendly but timid, so Foster Mom knew that it would take time and patience for me to learn to trust her. With her gentle voice and affectionate touch, she showed me that I was securely loved, and --voila! -- now my sweet personality is shining through!
