Meet Denis!
Weighing in at around 15 lbs, this 1 year old terrier mix is sure to melt your heart with his enthusiastic personality and abundant desire for puppy kisses.
Adopters should know he is extremely intelligent, requiring guidance or he may be found conducting an archeological dig in a basket of laundry.
He LOVES other dogs, but he can come in a bit strong and not every dog will appreciate the approach. He has a wonderful temperament, earning the nickname Mr. Happy Pants by his family foster. He has not been around cats or children, but given his strong personality, he may be best in an adult/dog only home.
He is still learning some basic manners and how to walk on a leash. He is well on his way to being house trained and runs to his crate on command. Denis' hobbies include scouring for crumbs and being the first dog in the play yard.
