Tootsie

Tootsie is a survivor of Miami-Dade Animal Shelter.

She was once on the euthanasia list until Fairytail Endings Rescue stepped in and gave her a second chance at life.

She appears to have been loved by someone at some point, based on how she engages with people and seeks connection. For unknown reasons, she was surrendered to a kill shelter and her environment changed significantly.

Tootsie shows a strong interest in being part of a home.

When people come to the rescue to walk her or play fetch, she engages and remains focused on the interaction. When it ends and she is returned to her kennel, her demeanor becomes more subdued.
Tootsie seeks companionship but may take time to fully open up. She can be slightly reserved at first and may need a patient environment to build trust.
