This sweet soul was found living in a homeless encampment, doing her best to get by with an injury to her foot. Once we got her to safety and provided the care she needed, Maya blossomed into the happiest, most exuberant little ray of sunshine. Watching her transformation has been nothing short of magical.
Maya greets life (and humans!) with enthusiasm. Yes, she can be a bit "naughty" with her jumping - she just gets so excited to share her love - but the beautiful part? She's wonderfully eager to please and takes correction like a champ. Smart, responsive, and full of good intentions.
